About CompliKeep
CompliKeep is a software tool designed to help private landlords organise rental property compliance information, documents, tasks and reminders.
Guidance only
CompliKeep provides general organisational guidance and software tools. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, surveying or professional compliance advice. You remain responsible for checking your legal obligations and seeking professional advice where needed.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the information you add to your account. You should ensure the information you enter is accurate and up to date.
Your documents and data
You remain responsible for the documents and information you upload. You should only upload files that you have the right to store and use in CompliKeep.
Service availability
CompliKeep is currently an early-stage product. We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Reminder emails
Reminder emails are provided as a convenience. You remain responsible for monitoring compliance dates, legal deadlines and document renewals. Missed, delayed or undelivered reminder emails do not remove your responsibility to comply with applicable rules.
Acceptable use
You must not use CompliKeep to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful or malicious material.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
- Use the service for purposes unrelated to legitimate property compliance organisation.
Limitation of liability
CompliKeep is provided as an organisational software tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by reliance on the service as a substitute for professional advice or for failure to meet legal compliance obligations.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The latest version will be available on this page.
