What is CompliKeep?

CompliKeep is a property compliance organisation tool for private landlords. It helps you keep track of property files, compliance tasks, uploaded documents, expiry dates and reminders.

Is CompliKeep legal advice?

No. CompliKeep is a software tool and provides general guidance only. It is not legal, tax, surveying or professional compliance advice.

Who is CompliKeep for?

The current MVP is focused on private landlords in England preparing for PRS compliance changes and stronger record-keeping expectations.

What does the PRS Readiness Check do?

It asks a short set of questions about your property, tenancy records and landlord processes, then creates a readiness score and suggested task list.

Can I upload documents?

Yes. You can upload compliance documents to your property file and track expiry dates. Only upload files that are relevant and that you have the right to store.

Where are uploaded documents stored?

In production, uploaded documents are stored using cloud object storage. Local development uses a local media folder.

Will CompliKeep send reminders?

Yes. CompliKeep can send reminder emails for overdue tasks, due-soon tasks, expired documents and expiring documents. You can disable reminder emails in account settings.

Can I delete documents?

Yes. Documents can be deleted from your property dashboard.

Can I change my password?

Yes. You can change your password in account settings, and use password reset if you forget your password.

Is there a paid plan?

CompliKeep is currently in early private testing. Pricing may be added later.

Is CompliKeep ready for real documents?

CompliKeep is currently in private beta. The system now supports cloud document storage, account security, password reset and reminders, but early testers should use non-sensitive test documents unless specifically invited to upload real records.
