CompliKeep private beta tester guide
Use this page to test the main CompliKeep journey. The goal is to find anything confusing, broken, awkward on mobile or missing before public launch.
You do not need to test everything perfectly. Honest feedback about what felt useful, unclear or unnecessary is the most valuable part of the beta.
Please use test information and harmless test documents during private beta. Avoid uploading sensitive tenant details, legally critical records, passports, IDs, bank details or anything irreplaceable.
What CompliKeep is for
- Creating a property compliance file.
- Running a PRS readiness check.
- Tracking documents and expiry dates.
- Managing compliance tasks and reminders.
- Recording repairs, hazards, complaints and tenant issues.
- Attaching photo, PDF or screenshot evidence to issue records.
What to avoid for now
- Do not upload highly sensitive tenant personal information.
- Do not upload legally critical or irreplaceable documents.
- Do not treat CompliKeep as legal advice.
- Use sample, dummy or non-sensitive files where possible.
Sample test documents
Before testing document uploads, download one or two sample documents below. Please use these instead of real landlord, tenant or property records during private beta.
These files are fake and clearly marked as samples. They are only for testing upload, expiry, edit, open and delete workflows.
