- Account login information.
- Rental property details you add to CompliKeep.
- Readiness check answers and compliance task information.
- Uploaded compliance documents and document expiry dates.
- Reminder preferences and reminder email logs.
- Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide your CompliKeep account.
- Store and display your property compliance records.
- Generate readiness scores and task lists.
- Send password reset emails.
- Send compliance reminder emails where reminders are enabled.
- Maintain, secure and improve the service.
Uploaded documents
Uploaded documents may include property compliance records such as certificates, evidence files or other landlord records. You should not upload documents that are not needed for your use of CompliKeep.
Legal basis
We process account and service information where it is necessary to provide the CompliKeep service you request. We may also process limited information for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service. Where we rely on consent for optional updates, you can withdraw that consent.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to host and operate CompliKeep, including hosting, database, file storage and email providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to CompliKeep.
How long we keep information
We keep account, property and document information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service. You can contact us to request deletion of your account or data, subject to any legal or operational requirements.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Cookies
CompliKeep currently uses essential cookies required for login, security and session management. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If analytics or tracking cookies are added later, we will update this policy and add any required consent controls.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect account and document information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Complaints
If you have concerns, contact us first so we can try to resolve them. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
